Refund Policy

Refunds

We do not accept product returns as this is a perishable product.  If there is an issue like order not received we will require information including order number, delivery address and/or product photographs of any defective or damaged items emailed to us and if accepted, we will offer either a discount coupon or a refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a coupon or refund.

Coupons or Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund claim email is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.
If you are approved, either a coupon will be emailed to you for discount on your account, or your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
