What a great month for beers, June was!
Unsurprisingly, this month our subscribers have selected Behemoth’s Triple Chocolate Stout as their favourite. An incredibly smooth and well-balanced stout, perfect for chilly winter nights. Warm flavours and layers upon layers of chocolate depth.
Coming up in second place we’ve got a Fresh Hop Kölsch by BEERS. This is a vibrant beer and probably one of my favourites from this year’s hop harvest. I’m happy to see breweries going beyond hazies and NZ pilsners with fresh hops. Also, quietly noticing the trend towards German styles coming back in style.
Last but not Least – DNA Brewing’s Antsy Adam Pale Ale. DNA knows how to make a good hoppy beer, and they’re always coming up with amazing hazies and IPAs. This one doesn’t disappoint, and leans more towards the hoppy/bitter side of pale ales. Oh hey, and by the way, did you know we’ve recently released a DNA Brewing Box featuring limited edition beers + a 2L growler?
If you’d like to try these beers, the June box is still available solo with a cheeky clearance discount, but also as part of our fridge-filler bundle. Check it out in the links below.
