Finding a Hefeweissen in New Zealand is hard enough but a “Kristall” or filtered weisse beer is an even longer shot, until now.  As wheat beer lovers ourselves, we’re determined to sway the masses with this latest concoction.  The simple meeting of pilsner, wheat and German yeast offers up a quaffable brew with phenolic and spicy surprise.
