Beer with everything except alcohol. Big tropical aroma and a smooth bitterness defy logic in this no alcohol Pale Ale.

* This beer falls well under the legal limit of a ‘no-alcohol’ beer in New Zealand, which is less than 1.15% ABV. We advise that trace amounts of alcohol will be present. We have brewed this way because producing Bare Beer by fermentation yields a product which is much closer in overall ‘beeriness’ to a full strength pale ale.

Description

Sawmill is an independent, New Zealand owned brewery run by a small and talented team.

The Brewery was established in 2004 on the site of what was once a local timber mill established in the 1860’s. Our brewing is underpinned by this heritage of craftsmanship and tenacity.

We appreciate our place. This raw landscape has a bearing on everything we do and people here are resourceful, creative and hardworking.

In February 2016 we moved from the original site in Leigh, and we now work from premises just out of Matakana at 1004 Leigh Road.
