“Houble Dazy is our contribution to the haze craze, a juicy Double Hazy IPA. Using a predominantly Pilsner Malt we ferment using a delicious East Coast Ale Yeast we go heavy with American hops Simcoe, Citra, Columbus, Tomahawk, Zeus and Idaho 9 to present a beer with a ridiculous amount of fruit flavour: grapefruit, guava and stone fruit.”
