Hallertau

Stephen and Hayley Plowman named their brand in tribute to the Bavarian Hallertau region famed for its hops, but at that point, proudly bearing their Riverhead roots and a well-honed sense of humour, they veer off into exuberant Westie mode via their fearlessly unique, smartly-executed brews.

Staunch believers in purity of expression, the beer styles are about generous aromas, vibrant flavours and enriching characters, meticulously hand-brewed from the purest natural ingredients, with all of the Hallertau models lovingly championed regardless of their commercial viability. Their beers are best enjoyed well-chilled rather than icy-cold, so as to fully appreciate the depth of their flavours.
